“Lovely hotel in lovely area”
It's in a lovely location away from city centre. The breakfast is okay, with plenty of options. The staff were also very polite, kind, and informative. We didn't use it, but there's coin laundry and dryer. And there's also water refilling stations. The room is very big and water pressure is good. There's free Chiayi cookies which were appreciated. Good with your coffee or tea!

The staff were friendly and helpful with reporting issues, such as replacing the TV which was not worked properly, and providing a hair dryer, as the original one was mounted on the bathroom wall

“Great, spacious room, nice facility, breakfast good too. A short drive away from downtown, with public transport nearby.”
Location was good for me, as there is a direct BRT bus to the hotel from high speed train station, but some may find it not so convenient as it used to be one bridge away from the downtown area.
