All the staff (reception and breakfast room) were excellent and when we mentioned that we could smell cigarette smoke they gave us an upgrade to a different room.

Given a complimentary upgrade to our twin bedroom. Very comfortable bed, better than those in Taipei. The hotel shuttle service was not available in am, hotel got taxi for us to train station, paid by hotel. A good spread of breakfast was served. Thank you for your good service.

hi, breakfast is not bad, location is good , BUT: 2F room (my room) view is not good, counter lady said she helps me upgraded to a big room when I checked in , then she gave me a room in 2F, however, 2F room view is not good, i called her to check if we can get our original room before upgraded, however, she said this is the only room we can arrange for you. ....... ???????? hahaha Are you kidding me ?
