“Excellent Stay”
This is one of the best options for a stay in this town. PX mart and railway station is just 5 minutes apart. The staff can speak English and very friendly.

“You can find private rooms and hotels for the same price in the same area, so opt for those instead of this hostel.”
It was near to night markets and within walking distance of Hinoki Village.

-near chiayi bus/train station -owner is very helpfull, willing to bring our luggage to fourth floor -we leave our luggage there for 3 nights and the owner is very considerate. He let us keep our luggage there for free😊 -owner can speak english -the room is quite big & comfortable for two person, but the toilet & shower separate just outside the room

Very close to the train station and there is a Youbike station nearby, so you can easily explore Chiayi by bike. Their is no elevator in the hostel, so try to avoid bringing heavy and big luggage. The staff was very helpful and nice.
