“An alright stay”
The location was good. Everything was about a 20 min walk away. Lots of restaurants nearby and a good parking lot just down the road from the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Great pillows.

The location is very good. It's easy to walk around and even it's a walking distance to the night market. Short distance to grab an U-bike to ride around the city. It's also a walk distance to reach the shuttle bus stop to take the high speed train.

Amazing location! We walked everywhere and didn't take public transportation a single time during our stay in Chiayi. Staff was nice, and the room was incredibly spacious. Really nice experience.

Strict with check-in time of 3 pm even though the rooms were ready way before that. Guests were sitting & waiting in front of the reception from 2 pm. It's only on the dot 3 pm that the staff called us to collect the keys. However, for checking out, even though the official timing is 11 am, at 10am thereabouts, they were already pressuring guests to check out. Double standard

“Old, slightly run down hotel, but good value for money.”
The hotel was good value for money and had spacious rooms. Some of the reception staff, especially CJ, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

“I wouldn't stay at this hotel again”
Water dispenser was provided. It had hot water. Coffee and milk tea provided in the rooms were delicious. Cleaning staff did a great job.
