“Stop over stay in Chiayi”

1. The location is very central and accessible to a lot of places including the night market and shopping.. 2. It is near to the family market and convenience shop. 3. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful in attending to our queries and needs.

A bit old style but good location for a 1 night in town

As I fell down outside the lift I asked for medicine but they haven’t any and they didn’t provide any. I am very disappointed

“Fine place to stay near the station”

Nice hotel near the railway station Near the town Good size room in what must have been a very grand hotel in the past.retains some grandness in a dated sort of way! Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Clothes washing facilities useful.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations, the staff were so attentive and helpful. At breakfast the waiter kept checking on us and explaining what all the dishes were via google translate. He was so attentive and caring, making sure everything was ok. Breakfast was a delight, great selection of tawainese foods and drinks, toast with homemade chocolate spread or kumquat jam! So yummy! We did washing there, the laundry is efficient. The location is excellent, close to train station and night market. Familymart across the street and PK mart supermarket 5min walk away. Many other attractions close to hotel. They even stored our luggage for 3days while we went up to Alishan area with no charge or questions. We had a wonderful stay here.

Food choices are good as we are vegetarians. Location was good and staff was fast to respond when we ask for help for issues with TV

“Enjoyable stay”

Excellent location especially if you plan to take bus or train to Alishan! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious especially the homemade soya bean milk and bread!

The location is close to main train station, 5 mins walk. The hotel is flexible to let us take away few buns as we need to catch the early bus to Alishan.

Enjoy comfort , just like when I stayed at this hotel before . If I have a long vacation , this hotel is the first choice.

Location - Family Mart across, convenient. Walking distance from Chiayi TRA - where we will take the bus to Alishan Room - the large bed was really big😊 Breakfast - healthy! Vegetarians will love this. Filling! Loved the green melon and the green fruit shaped like apple but with texture like peach Dining area -- homey, lots of fresh flowers - orchids! Staff - friendly, they anticipate your needs. Even with difficulty in English they find ways to communicate

The bedding was comfortable and was upgraded to a triple room. Had issue with no hot water but the counter guy came to help me fix it. Tried to change room temperature as it was a bit chilly for me at night but it didn't work. Found out later that it was centralized and am unable to change temperature.

Spacious. Good breakfast included. Great location (walkable to train). Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

It was a convenient location between the train station and the night market. The room was very big. The breakfast was very good.
