“Okay stay for one night”
the "bed" is just a mattress on a rising floor/platform, so for those can't sit on floor, you will have problems getting up. there is no chair, no table. can only get hot water on ground floor, and the water jar they provided is too big to fit under the water machine tab...

This hotel is only meant for local chinese speaking people, no food, room service is poor, I was asked come downstairs and fill up the hot water flask myself, even during typhoon in Taiwan I was forced to go out in search for food as the hotel has no food arrangements or online booking app, it is ok for people for just 1 night stay

It’s conveniently located within a short walking distance from the train station. The room is small but comfortable n I could get hot cold water from the counter. The staff are pleasant.

“Good”
Just 5 minutes walk to Chiayi Station. Old hotel but it’t pretty clean. Very friendly staff and very hot water for a comfortable shower. Good price. If you do not see a dryer in your room, you can ask the reception to provide it.

I arrive at the middle of the night because my previous hotel was impossible to sleep in and the staff was super friendly, they let me put my roadbike in the room and gave me a morning call 30 mins before the checking out time so i would not be late to give the room back :)

“It was at a great location which dining is very convenient for us.”
