The expression bus shuttle from hotel to airport usually means that the transportation is free. Perhaps change the work in English from shuttle to taxi reservations. I could not charge my cell phone July 25-26 due to low electricity source when generator used jul 26 am due to electricity shutdown and storm warnings. Reception did not come to my #203 room door at 3:15am sat July 26 as agreed around 9pm fri July 25 in case my cell phone was uncharged. I had a taxi waiting to go to he airport at 3:30. Luckily I woke up in time and went down at 3:35am. The front door gate was locked from the inside. The desk agents opened for me. All worked out. Thanks.

“Oasis of peace”

They have a beautiful garden. A true oasis of peace just a short walk from the central square. We saw an opossum, hummingbird and an iguana. There are also some friendly cats. The hotel provides a decent breakfast and there is a nice bar that's open until 10pm.

Family friendly. The gardens were beautiful and quiet. The kids were excited to find a baby geko sleeping in the leaves. Lots of humming birds and other song birds. Being able to check in early was incredible. The beds were comfortable.

“Great place to use as a hub to explore Tuxtla and it's surroundings ... and Chiapa de Corso”

Have been at this hotel 2 years ago and love it. The rooms are located around the most wonderful garden, with a lovely pool, where one on the afternoon also finds a small bar that serves good cocktails and snacks. Rooms are clean and comfy, especially the beds are perfect.

Location was great for our visit - just off the main square. Pool area was sheltered by a large tree - which shed leaves into it. Although no doubt clean it wasn't that inviting. Room was on the ground floor, clean and basic, comfortable beds.

I believe this is the best place to stay in Chiapa de Corzo. The garden is exquisite, and together with the surrounding buildings, it creates a nice and cozy atmosphere within the complex. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a taxi to pick us up at night! Additionally, this location is ideal for visiting the Canyon of Sumidero, as the boat landing pier is just a few minutes away on foot.
