Most than anything else the kind and generous lady who runs the place, she served a really nice breakfast every morning and baked bread, rooms are spacious and the AC works great. We stayed 5 nights and it was great, again, the breakfast which is included is superb

“Super breakfast, basic room.”

Generous and tasty breakfast was included in the room. We booked a fan room and were offered an upgrade on arrival for AC (which we declined and were comfortable enough with the fan alone). The room was very basic but served its purpose for a two night stay in Chiang Rai. The team were friendly and smiley. The location was quiet and within walking distance of the Night Bizarre and adjacent market.

Nice location, fixed breakfast- salad, fruit and egg ( fried one day, scrambled the other 2) good choice of bread, orange juice and tea/ coffee.

“Great hospitality, nice rooms, very good value for money”

The room was great value for money, small but we only needed it for one night. The beds were comfy and we were provided with water. It was close to restaurants and motorbike rental which was convenient. The owner packed us lunch to take the next day as we had an early checkout and it made our day. She gave us bread which she baked from her bakery which is downstairs of the hotel, as well as some fruit, jam and butter. Such a kind hearted gesture and we really enjoyed her bread on our bus to laos!

We had a really lovely 3 night stay at this hotel! The hosts were so lovely and attentive, the room was clean with a nice big comfy bed. The shower had great pressure and a nice hot water. The breakfast was huge and lovely with a range of baked goods. We left early on our last morning and the host made us a packed lunch to take with us. The hotel location is great with just a short walk into the centre and the night market.

“PERFECT PLACE TO STAY AND CHILL”

We stayed for one night in this place my partner and I. We absolutely LOVED this place. First of all, the woman at the reception was very friendly and kind. She even prepared an amazing breakfast in the morning for us. The room was the best. The bed was perfect for us, big, comfy and soft. We had a balcony with a fridge. The location is quite good and we enjoyed very much being there. I recommend this place a lot! It is very good quality and very cheap.

Brilliant little room with all the basic amenities. It’s close to the centre of Chiang Rai and the night market.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had to leave at 5am to get a bus to Laos so the lady left a bag of bread, cheese and cakes for us for our journey at the door the night before!! The room was so clean and bright!
