This was a good choice of accommodation because the host is very kind and helpful in every moment of your stay. We were positively surprised because there is a little breakfast offered even if it's not specified in the booking process, other than free drinkable water available at all times, which is always useful in Thailand. At the moment of check-out, which for us was very early, we even found our breakfast packed and ready to be taken away with us.

“Adequate”
Clean and adequate, but quite far out of town and nothing walkable as it's on the side of a big highway. We tried to shorten our stay but unfortunately weren't able to get any refund. .

- The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - There is a cafe at the property, you can work from there and the coffee is decent - It is close to the white temple - There is a simple snack in the morning (and egg and bread with butter and jam)

“A pleasant stay in Chiang rai”
The room was fine - nothing to write home about but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Staff were friendly. Parking space provided. Easy location for short drive to all major attractions.

Very comfortable room, amenities are clean and the bed very comfortable. It actually includes breakfast as well even if it's not mentioned in the room description, so a nice surprise! The host is super kind and helpful, he gave us some suggestions on places to visit and how to move around. A little outside of the city centre but an easy 6 minutes drive / bus ride to the centre.

The fact the Garage has a Japanese influence in attention to comfort detail, cleanliness & a calm, dignified ambiance. The cafe food was delicious and had the best matcha latté I think I’ve ever had! (& I’ve had a few as a non coffee drinker)
