Best hostel I’ve stayed at so far!!! The staff are amazingly kind and beautiful people — everyone respectfully says hi with a lovely smile. I absolutely love the atmosphere here. The beds are comfy, the washrooms and all the other areas are pristine and super clean. The breakfast is amazing as well, with real coffee 🤭. The smoking area is a super cute little spot in the corner, so peaceful and relaxing at night. Highly recommend this amazing place!

I loved my stay at Mercy! The hostel is clean, spacious, peaceful, and has a great breakfast. I spent New Year’s with them, and they took me to the city’s local New Year’s celebration! I have no words to thank Jeasy for all the kindness!

“First time in Chiang Rai”

They offer a great free breakfast, comfortable beds, and a lounge where you can relax or get things done. Coffee is available anytime, which I really appreciated. What I loved most is that they arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, Laos, my next destination after Chiang Rai. There’s also a 7/11 just a short walk away, and the bar streets, shops, and night market are all within walking distance, which made getting around super easy.

Spacious lockers, comfortable mattress, nice common area, convenient location, spacious bathroom with plenty of showers, toilets and sinks, even a separate makeup and hair dry area. The female dorm was pretty social. The cat!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the location was very central to different neighbourhoods, and very walkable. Having a gym room and wading pool is nice, though we didn’t end up using them.

Well equipped and well planned. Enough space for every activity. Lot's of common spaces. Well equipped kitchen, nice breakfast.

The room was brilliant, large and clean. Everything you could possibly need. They provide water , a coffee pod machine and snacks in your room ( crisps,chocolate bar). A light buffet breakfast was provided which was good, bread, fruit, boiled eggs, cakes, Hotdogs. You also had a kitchen area where you had the use of all the equipment to make more food or just to heat up food,plus coffee machine

I stayed in the studio apartment and this truly exceeded all expectations. It just have been recently built because everything is brand new and spotless! It came with a well equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, plates, etc.), a prestine looking bathroom, and even a decent sized TV in the main room. The location was also fantastic! The hostel is tucked away on a quite road, but only a few minutes walk to the busier roads, and only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal where buses are heading to the Laos border. Also big thank you to the staff who were were super friendly and full of energy, always happy to help! Truly outstanding hospitality!

Very comfortable and very nice common spaces

The hostel is great and has everything you might need. It's big but still quiet at night. The rooms are big, lockers are big and the beds are big and completely private.

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Position in the very city center, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, the night market, bus station and Chiang Rai city center attractions.
