“Luxury in the heart of Chiang Rai”

The staff were so welcoming and kind, the location was amazing just a few minute walk to the night bazaar & bus terminal. The rooms were clean, great shower, good bed & included a mini bar with some snacks and drinks refilled every day. They also had a lounge with some snacks, fruit & sandwiches that they refilled daily for free. It was such a great stay, my favourite hotel in Thailand by far!

The hotel was great, fantastic location, rooms were very clean, and quite large, bathroom was clean and well appointed. Staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly, couldn’t be more impressed.

“Excellent stay”

The place is clean and serene. Not very big grounds to walk around on property, but cosy. Lovely pool with greenery surrounding it. Staff and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible. Small buffet for cereals, fruit and bread, but all you can eat menu made to order each morning. Thai cuisine and English breakfast options. Service was so fast too! Walking distance to restaurants and massage places and 7 minutes to night markets.

The property is beautiful with a nice pool and some trees in the courtyard. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful, even providing us with a shuttle to the bus stop for our next journey. The breakfast was also quite good, with a buffet and a selection of dishes that they would prepare for you upon request.

This is an excellent hotel to either use as a base to explore the unique temples in Chiang Rai or just relax around the pool. Things we did not expect were free mini bar with snacks in the room, the free drinks and snacks in the lounge area, free access to bicycles, and to a gym off site but near by, and the washing machines and dryers, coins and soap provided, so we left with everything clean again in our suitcases. The staff were brilliant and available at all hours to help with anything you need and the breakfast was great.

“Perfect location with wonderful staff and amenities”

I had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the clock tower and the night market, and right around the corner from the bus terminal. The staff were absolutely lovely, always ready to help with booking trips or even arranging a private driver. The pool area was a peaceful retreat, though there are only a few sunbeds, so it feels quiet and relaxed. I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like drinks in the room and snacks in the lounge. Breakfast was delicious and set me up perfectly for the day. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it!

All staff were exceptional at all times. They could not be any friendlier or helpful - reception, dining room, cleaners, security- all amazing. Also the “cook to order” breakfast menu is delightful - plenty of variety and always fresh.

Fabulous room with pool view. Very good breakfast with egg station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good amenities and free mini bar snacks and soft drink. Also lounge area with free sandwiches and desserts. Close to night market - highly recommended for evening meals.

Room was super comfortable, beds and sheets were great. Room and toilet was spacious and had lots of table space. Sanitized and reusable bedroom slippers were a nice touch.
