Nice hotel with great hoasts. We booked a Chiang Rai tour and our onward journey with the slow boat to Laos with them and everything was perfectly organized. Walking distance to good restaurants and the night market.

Cute place located conveniently two blocks west of the clocktower. Staff was nice and there's a good pool with a waterfall (if they choose to turn it on for you).

Staff were really nice & helpful, the room & bathroom were lovey with lots of space. We checked out very early for the slow boat & they had made us a breakfast to take with us, so kind of them!

However, what really makes this hotel special are the owners and the entire staff. They are simply great people – extremely accommodating, always helpful, and incredibly nice. “Excellent Guest House in the middle of the village”

The location couldn't have been better for someone who's traveling by public transport (only around three times per day) that stops right outside the hotel. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also right in the centre of the village to experience things like nice restaurants and the local morning market.

Exceptional staff couldn't be more helpful. Room clean, tea and coffee available free all day and night. Great location, quiet though only 10 mons walk to night market and city centre. A gem of a place and gret value.

Good sized room, good breakfast. The location was good too, away from the main drag near the night bazaar yet still only about a 10-minute walk away... The mother and daughter running the place were so nice and so helpful. I liked that there was around-the-clock tea/coffee and biscuits available in the dining area. The Night Bazaar was great, just the many pubs and restaurants in the adjacent streets are too Western - hard to find decent Thai food! The stalls and food in the Night Bazaar were very good, neat and well-organised. Nobody pestering you to buy. There were also two stages with acoustic solo artists and very good they were too. There was also a bit of Thai dancing between sets, excellent

“Wonderful and pleasant stay 5 minutes walk from clock tower”

This family run Hotel was a real gem; the room was clean with plenty of hot water. Our special request was met. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided in the dining area at all times. Breakfast was Thai style, with cereals and toast if wanted. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very central, five to ten minutes to the ‘clock tower’. We loved our stay, thank you.
