“You need a bungalow for a kitchen”

House of Garden is opposite a road on which there are rice fields. It's about 5 km from any eating places. We had a room in the owners house. The bedroom and bathroom are very large, with hot running water. The living room is small and a very uncomfortable vinyl futons about 4foot away from a TV that only has thai public channels. Not a nice space to stay too long in. There is an outdoor furniture set that looks towards an unkempt garden and large fence, no rice field view. Unfortunately the pool was not operational for our 11night stay, which we were told only after we had paid. So it's worth checking.

“Quiet country stay”

Size of the rooms. It's very quiet. Peaceful. Friendly host

I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is peaceful and pleasant, with large, clean rooms, a spacious and well-kept garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very welcoming and responded to every request we had. I would gladly stay here again.

The property is beautiful! The suite had a living room, bedroom and bathroom plus a patio area.

Really nice to have a separate living room. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is really nice and the shower is good. Lady was really helpful and even let us use her kitchen. Terrain is beautiful.

AMAZING. Cannot recommend this place enough. The owners were so attentive and welcoming, the facilities were great. The pictures online don't do the place justice, I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived over how much space and how nice everything was. The pool was also tucked away and felt very private and was so nice to spend some time cooling off in. Was easy to book grabs or transport to and from the centre too. If I'm ever back in Chiang Rai I will be booking to stay again!

It is just outside of Chaing Rai and surrounded by nature so it is for those who love a green and peaceful environment. This family run accommodation is a find as both Noni and her daughter are perfect hosts and go out of their way to help with any issues or help you might need. We loved so much we wanted to stay longer so book another 3 nights

A tranquil spot, with a peaceful garden and good facilities. Having your own transport is important here, since it is on a rural road, not in the nearby village.

Everything was perfect. Great value for money. We extended our stay for another week. Noyna, the host, is wonderful. The room is big and new. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was really spacious and has separate bathroom for every bedroom. In the kitchen you could find every equipment to prepare the food. The nature around the accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. The house is located further from the centre of Chiang Rai but we do not have problem to book a Grab or get a takeout from Grabfood. Pool area was really nice.

Great quiet place with pool Nice views of mountains and grounds were kept up nicely with trees and flowers. Treated like family by hosts. Big rooms with kitchen and huge bathrooms. Huge porch too. I was there early and she let me move in early.

House of Garden is located on a quiet road a little way out of Wiang Chai, which is about 20 mins from Chiang Rai. The area is lovely and mostly rural. We had a beautiful tropical view from the balcony of our house. We stayed for two nights, I could happily have stayed longer, but unfortunately our itinerary didn't allow for it. The house was a perfect base to explore the area around Chiang Rai, including the various temples. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time there. The hosts were charming and super helpful, they helped us carry our bags from the car and provided bottled water. They were lovely and a pleasure to deal with. There is a 7/11 in Wiang Chai which sells the essentials and is about a 3 minute drive away.

“Stay was ok”

Room was spacious and reasonably clean . The location was very quiet and peaceful, but about 10km outside of town, so you needed a car or motorbike. After we checked in we only saw the host once very briefly in the two days we were there. When it was time to check out we waited at the reception desk for about 20 minutes and rang the bell many times, but no one answered. Eventually we left the key and a note on the desk.

The host, Noina, has created a little peace of paradise here. If you look for spotless and large premises, flawless service and peaceful nights, then look no further. I really recommend this place and will certainly come back to House of Garden.

Beautiful place very good located if you don’t want to be in the city centre. Rooms are spacious situated in a beautiful garden with a small swimming pool. The owner Ms. Nunoi is always there to fulfil all your wishes with a smile. I will definitely come back!
