“Charming, cheap little place set back from a little side road.”
Giving it a 10, but bear in mind this is relative to the photos and price point. Can't fault it really. Unpretentious, cheap little stay with adequate facilities and no hassle staff. In a decent location for the town too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is exactly what you need, good air con, a comfy bed, fridge, water and a bathroom with a good shower. It was also a great location and very quiet.

“One of the best!”
This was probably the best accommodation I have stayed in, within my limited budget. Family run, quiet, daily room clean and resupply. Bed is comfortable and the shower is ok too. The location is minutes from the bus station yet quiet.

“Best place to stay in Chiang Rai”
● Grandma was very nice and helpful ♡ ● Great price! ● Location (close to bus station) ● Very quiet in the night 😴 ● You can rent a motorbike there. We picked brand new Honda Giorno 2025 and we were very glad about that choise

“Friendly, clean and well located”
Really well located for the night bazar and clock tower. The Indian restaurant opposite is really worth a visit, great food. I personally really liked the massage place on the high street opposite the cat cafe. The hairdressers at the end of the high street was really great too, had a wash and blow dry for 250b, week worth it to save the hassle. The room is simple but clean, I felt just like I was staying at my grandma’s house. The ladies were very friendly and kind to a solo lady traveller.

“Perfect guest house in great location close to everything”
Great location close to the bus station, the night bazaar and the clock tower. Spacious clean room with comfortable.bed, hot shower and air conditioning plus a lovel .balcony with a big bench. And.lovely friendly staff. Perfect for us

It was close to laundry facility, great restaurant on the road, tour company and corner store, all within a few blocks from the hotel. Very quiet.
