Place is cozy and run by friendly host, has several amenities and is 5 minute walk from mai hubs. Is really a budget place

The pool is actually a saviour it’s such a good amenity and kept extremely clean. The staff are nice enough and offer lots of services for cheap like laundry, food, tours and renting motorcycles

Fabulous stay here. Restaurant downstairs for cheap breakfasts and fruit shakes. Could hang by the pool all day if you wanted. We also rented motorbikes really easily through the hotel. Room had a/c and heated shower in ensuite.

Cant complain about anything really for the price paid. Owners were really friendly, we booked tours and scooter with them too. Cheap and nice food on the premises. Wifi worked well.

This was amazing value for money... and with a pool too!!! Good mix of families, couples and silo travellers. Very friendly due to the pool and restaurant area. Great banana pancakes and super affordable and tasty menu items including Khao Soi. Cheaper and tastier food here than in town. We walked the 20mins from the bus station but could easy get a grab or tuk tuk. Great place to stay, friendly older couple have owned it for 30+ years!

Very nice location. The lady at reception was very friendly. The pool was good. Loads of parking. Loved the small fish pond next to the restaurant, very peaceful to sit there.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The pool area is super cool, nice refreshing water. The room is a little bit oldish but it's still nice for the price you pay. Very cheap. It's in a quiet area.

Really nice pool & outdoor area. Restaurant was nice as well. 15-20min walk or 20 bath Grab motorbike taxi away from the city. Nice & quiet area. Bring your earblugs. There is no soundproofing so depends on your neighbours that is is quiet or not:)

Had a nice pool and communal area, bedroom and bathrooms were decent enough.

Absolutely beautiful place! Very traditional look with local vibes. The common area is just perfect, a super chill space with tables where you can chill out with other travellers while tasting good local food and drinking some beers.
