Beautiful garden and pleasant helpful staff and very clean rooms.

Lovely garden and space. The rooms are basic and the ground floor ones slightly dark with low level lighting. We asked to see a room on the upper floor and the changed our room without any fuss. Functional bathroom. There are rooms at the ends with private balcony but we were fine with our room as we're out most of the day. The location is amazing. On a lovely quiet street, right next to the fabulous Book Cafe but within easy walking distance of the night market and bus station. There is a smoothie/ice coffee shack on the street which does amazing Thai tea and the pop up restaurant next to it doing Thia staples of Pad Thai etc. is yummy. Love Chiang Rai and Baan Warabordee was a nice place to stay

“Lovely tranquil place to stay”

Owner was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Was a smiling face in the morning! Location is perfect and majority of everything is walkable from there. Other staff are really helpful with area knowledge and companies to book slow boats etc with. Our room had a balcony which was a treat. Everything was clean and bed was comfy! Lovely garden and Koi fish pond in the entrance.

Spacious room in a calm spot. Bonus free light breakfast. Friendly staff who organised a great day trip with a local company (in a comfy mini van with great guide/driver).

Great location within a walk of restaurants and things and not too far of a taxi away from the main temples. Staff were really nice provided water bottles everyday and the room was great.

We love staying here. A really nice quiet oasis of calm on a peaceful road in a very nice neighbourhood close to everything in the centre of Chiang Rai. Rooms are clean and basic not luxury but great for the price. Highly recommend.
