Baan Pordeedin is located about 1.5 km away from the center of Chiang Rai (Bus terminal 1), the environment is very calm and quiet in return. The owner is so gentle and kind that I was able to stay very comfortably. The breakfast is nice, several local dishes are served and I really enjoyed them. Recommended.

The host was welcoming & friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, they really go above and beyond! Excellent location, within walking distance of the Night Bazaar, as well as many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely private garden seating area. I highly recommend Baan Pordeedin to anyone visiting Chiang Rai :)

“Love their Breakfast!!”

Amazing hotel in a lovely quiet area yet still only a 15-minute walk from the centre. The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly. The space is far more beautiful than in the pictures, also is spotlessly clean. Their breakfast is soo tasty and had a great variety of dishes. It also features a charming little pond with small fish. Will be happy to come back!!

The apartment / hotel was great. 20 minutes walk from Chiang Rai bus station, quiet location. Air conditioning and fridge, real hot water, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good: fairly continental, with some hot dishes (Thai + eggs, sausage) and standard dishes. I would recommend the place and book again.

It’s on a small quiet alley. Local eateries are nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and has a bit of everything. The bedroom is a good size and comfy.

“A very good option in Chiang Rai”

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a great time exploring Chiang Rai with this place as a base. Great location, a few minutes away (by scooter) to some wonderful Chiang Rai attractions – Flower Festival in January, Blue Temple, night and week-end markets, etc… Pleasant and quiet. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room with a good en-suite bathroom – very strong WiFi. Good buffet breakfast. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of hotel in Chiang Rai! Recommended!

The breakfast was amazing, great vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast.

Staff are amazing, thank you Oum & Jaen for making our stay really nice. Upon arrival we asked to change rooms, which was sorted straight away. Rooms were cleaned & made up everyday, also fresh towels. About 25 mins walk to walking street & eating places, ie clock tower, but pleasant walk back. Buffet breakfast was pleasant.

This hotel is a very nice, small building that gives the feeling of a private apartment in a quiet, peaceful residential area, not far from the center. We liked the feeling of privacy, The room was spacious with a relatively new renovation. The hotel staff was very responsive. Even if you didn't ask to clean the room, the service staff leaves water on the bench by the door every day. Small, but pleasant detail. The breakfast was good and tasty.

“Rather good find in a nice area of Chiang Rai.”

It is a nice traditional large family house that has been transformed into a hotel. The area is quiet and tree lined and the vibe in the hotel is boutique easy going. The owner, Khun Um, greets you on arrival with a big smile. She also supervises a good breakfast with a mix of Thai and western items. Rather good to say it is included in the very reasonable room rate. Aircon is good in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. I was on a driving tour of Thailand and there was plenty of free parking space for my car.

Neet and spacious room, cute building, nice staff, both traditional and universal breakfast options, quiet family neighborhood with nice taverns down the street, around 12'' walking distance from the center, on easy flat roads. Hello from Greece.

The room was nice, aircon was working perfectly, the bed was extremely comfortable, very soft mattress.

The hotel is tucked away from the main roads making it a peaceful hideaway. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Shower doors keep the bathroom floor dry. Bright, fresh feel to the place with tiled floors and open corridors. The staff are friendly and helpful. Really good value for money.
