Clean enough, room was big, location is decent

We loved staying here! We planned to stay for a week and even added two more nights because it was really nice. The location is great, because it's quiet, if you have a scooter; they arrange it for you, it will be delivered and picked up at the hotel, great service, for 250baht/day. The room is nice and clean, the common area offers tables, water heater, toasters, microwave plus coffee, sugar etc. They even sell water, drinks, soy milk, some toiletries at the reception, for good prices. It's not luxurious but really really nice and the price is really really good (even better when booking directly).

“Very homey budget hotel”

Something about this place just feels homey. It's tucked away on a side street and there is a delicious restaurant a few minute walk (some of the best food we had in Thailand) the staff are friendly and they have instant coffee and tea available all day and free toast in the mornings. They also have a fridge in the lobby that you are allowed to use.It's nothing fancy and the rooms aren't perfect or luxury but for the price this place is %100 worth the stay.

I stayed in room 107 and all was really great! - a big desk good for work and fast wifi over 100 mbps - very clean - quiet location - all things and amenities were working well

All good, everything is working, very clean. There is a big desk suitable for work and fast wifi (in room 208 it was 50 mbps, but in 107 it was over 100 mbps which was really great!) I stayed there twice.

Big room with air con very affordable, had a lot of ustensiles to use in the kitchen, free coffee.. 2 booths of water offer everyday. Super calm

“Great place to stay during in Chiang Rai”

Very clean room, friendly staff, cute cats and dogs around. Facilities were superb: coffee, tea, ovaltine 24/7, bread everyday 6-10am. Communal kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, water refill (hot and cold), fridge (office hour). The room (deluxe room) was spacious, fridge, fan, AC, 2 tables, chairs, soap and shampoo, also hot water for shower. Everything was perfect for us because we were on a motorbike, so no problems wirh location. Quiet area, which was a plus for us. Wet market is 2 KMs aways, which is still walkable (15-20 mins). You can also rent a scooter here.

Really clean, bed very comfortable. Staff happy to arrange tukruk etc. Quiet. Really lovely local family restaurants nearby - highly recommended trying them out. Air con & fan in room.

It's about 20 minutes walks from city center and night markets. It's very quite area. You can used kitchenette at the lobby with tea and coffee available for free, as well as toasts. Microwave oven you can use to worm your own dishes you can buy at reception too.

We really enjoyed that they gave us two bottles of water at our arrival and everyday of our time there. There was the possibility to have free coffee/tee/hot chocolate all day long.
