Really nice and quiet location. The staff was really helpful, you can always leave your luggage before or after your stay and they even contacted a scooter rental for us so the we got a scooter in less than 5 minutes. It is possible to order a breakfast everyday for a good price. You can also take a cat for a little walk since he is sick and cannot just wander around alone.

“Very nice well valued stay”
Property was well situated close to the bus terminal and was well presented. They also offer free tea, coffee, biscuits and hot and cold water (there are other drinks and snacks you can buy from the property). They adopt and help to look after cats which is very nice to see!

Lovely little hotel. Room was great - nice and clean, lovely bathroom, fridge, aircon, nice bench outside. Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a few really friendly cats on site, one called Katsu who has leukaemia who we loved making friends with!

Can’t really fault this place, nothing extraordinary but the location was central and close to food market. The staff were nice, water in both bottles and a fountain were provided.

“Relaxing.”
Such a great location to walk into Chiang Rai markets and nearby restaurants. Quiet, zen with the fountain and lots of cute cats to play with which are well taken care of. Tea/Coffee and water filter included was a bonus :)

“Lovely place.”
Good location, walking distance to the night market and centre. There’s a tour shop just outside the hotel which we used and they were great. Room was big and very comfy.

“If you love cats, this is the place to stay. Without a doubt, if I return, I will stay here again.”
The location is unbeatable, the staff is very friendly, the room price is really cheap, and you get a very comfortable room. And, without a doubt, being surrounded by those beautiful cats made my days there. A big hug to Katsu, the cutest cat 😻

“Cats and Tea”
Well laid out, close to centre with cats at reception helping out. I fell in love with Katsu, a ginger tabby tom. He can't mix with the other cats coz he's poorly. Please walk him, he loves to explore, and give him a kiss from me.
