“Perfect Chiang Mai Getaway near the River”

Zensala Riverpark – what can I say? It was simply wonderful. I relaxed from the very first second. A great place away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet with a beautiful view across the Ping River to the surrounding greenery. The hotel is not far from the city at all. You can easily reach everything by taxi (Grab). A 7-Eleven is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also nice cafes and restaurants all around. My room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Everything was very well-maintained and tidy. Fresh water was provided daily. There was also a very reliable safe, which is rare for me in Thailand. The terrace with direct pool access was a highlight! The hotel staff were always very helpful and courteous. They helped me rent a scooter. Everything went smoothly. And the best part was the food! I've been to many restaurants in Chiang Mai, but nowhere has it tasted as good as at 168 River Café. I highly recommend the salmon with spinach and lemon butter and the fettuccine Alfredo. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything.

Loved the setting, the pool, grounds and general look and feel of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. Big room with good shower, lots of storage, nice view. Boutique feel.

The pictures weren’t deceiving, this hotel was beautiful, especially loved the pool access from the room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was well worth the extra charge. Very tasty, great range of options, and we couldn’t even finish it all. I would definitely return.

“Wonderful stay !”

The staff were friendly and attentive.The loft room was stunning and cleaned each day. It was soo peaceful and relaxing to stay at this hotel and the food was nice. We also arrived at 11am and they allowed us to check in at 12:30 rather than 2pm which was helpful as we had been up early, travelling majority of the day.

The hotel is a fantastic place to relax! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and local dishes. The staff was friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort.

“Spacious & beautiful stay”

Very spacious & clean room with all the necessary things provided. We had booked the loft room which has an inside staircase to go up. The staff member helped us to get the luggage to the higher floor. The bathroom too was ultra spacious :-D The breakfast had multiple ala-karte options including vegetarian friendly choices. The food was great too. Definitely recommended to stay here.

We have spent 10 days here. A lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful. My daughter has coeliac disease and needs a gluten free diet and the chef and staff were very careful to ensure all the food provided for her was gluten free. The food was excellent, with a variety of Thai food as well as a pizza and pasta menu. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Relaxing gardens looking over the river with a cocktail was bliss! 7 minute walk to 7/11. 10 min taxi into the city. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
