“Sad memories: The host was cold”
This was our first visit to Thailand. We met some really nice people and had a very good impression of Thailand. We were looking forward to meeting you in Chiang Mai because your hotel had a high rating. However, your attitude towards us made us feel very sad and unpleasant. Also, your attitude has given us a very bad impression of Thai people, which is a shame. To list the things we were disappointed about, 1. Your response to our emails was very slow, which made us very uneasy. 2. We understand that you are busy, but we wish you had listened to us properly. 3. You entered the room on the second day despite our request not to do so; 4. You tidied up the room early even though we hadn't yet checked out; 5. You didn't say a single thank you or goodbye when we checked out; 6. You were friendly with Westerners, but cold towards us, fellow Asians. For these reasons, we rated your hotel a 1. We would like to reiterate that we are truly sorry that your attitude has made our trip to Thailand a sad memory. You only prioritized your own work, not your guests. One kind word can make a big difference in our impression of Thailand.

“Great bang for your buck! See”
It was a prime location for everything.The breakfast was always fresh and huge portions. The building was always clean. We have housekeeping every other day with clean towels. Jackie and her Mom were always around to help with anything.

“Amazing time.”
Such a lovelly little family hotel, Staff were so nice and rooms were great and value for money. Had a breakfast included too which was a bonus. Would definatley recommend :)

“Lovely”
Jackie was really such a good host. The guesthouse is close to everything; 7eleven, night market, temples and Khai Soi Kun Yai. They also offer choices for breakfast.I would definitely come back if I ever go back again to Chiang Mai.

The accommodation is in a great location, so you can easily explore the Old Town on foot. The breakfasts were great, and as a bonus, if you need to leave early in the morning, Jackie will prepare a sandwiches for you. She’s also happy to help you plan activities. I took a full-day trip to an elephant sanctuary with a light hike through the national park, and everything went perfectly. If you’re looking for a peaceful place, I highly recommend it.
