Good communication with hotel, easy to arrange airport shuttle. Great location in Old Town. Very nicely designed hotel around a traditional Thai governors bldg, spacious rooms, all very comfortable with big beds, showers, very hot water, snacks and complementary drinks and nice coffee in the room. Nice restaurant, good breakfast options, nice little bar overlooking street and the massage room is delightful. Very friendly staff, everything is clean, all really lovely

Exceptionally clean, very friendly and attentive staff. Good location with many bars and restaurants close by. Very comfortable with very good air conditioning. Balcony was lovely with plush seating. Breakfast choices were extremely good, Al a carte and buffet good quality. If you are feeling flush the option of swim up rooms are great. Enjoyed our visit and would book again.

Having breakfast included was so convenient, and the breakfast was of a high standard with hot food and buffet options and lots of fresh fruit! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved that every room had a little balcony with a view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

“Everything was exceptional, we will definitely come back!”
My partner and I stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. They prepared a wonderful honeymoon setup for us and even surprised us with a cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On Valentine’s Day, while I was getting ready, my ring accidentally fell into the sink. The staff immediately called a carpenter, and they managed to retrieve it within 10 minutes. They were incredibly efficient and helpful. The location is also fantastic. Can easily enjoy the night market, and everything is within close reach.

We’ve stayed here before and really enjoy the convenience of being in the centre of old town whilst also being a quiet tranquil oasis.
