Reception staff is antipathetic, not particularly pleasant, senior employee, bad internet, lack of information, bed linens were not changed even though they were stained, not recommended to come

The room is spacious, clean and mostly silent. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options. The pool is great to spend time when it extremely hot outside. Complimentary water was also nice.

Big room, 3 bottles of water put in the fridge every day, nice staff, decent breakfast, very quiet. Nice pool, small gym

The room is spacious and cleaned everyday. We liked that we had a little balcony which was nice to enjoy in the evening. The staff was helpful with recommendations, if asked. Breakfast is tasty, but very limited options to choose from. If you rent a car you can park it in the building.

Balcony has Doi Suthep unblocked view on 6th floor. Enough quietness and peace on this side of the road. and convenience on opposite side of the main road

Comfortable, efficient and close enough to old town to walk.

The rooms are very clean en big. Love it Nearby the Tanin market, close to the old city. Lot of restaurants , 7/11 next the hotel

Comfortable hotel in old Chiang Mai. I liked the old area.. less tourists for a local feel about the place.

Spacious apartment, separate bath and shower cubicle with hot water available at all times, which I much appreciated. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and when I booked on a tour leaving at 7am they kindly provided a hot packed breakfast for me to take with me. Sofa, coffee table and TV in room (although I never used the TV). Desk and chair and a separate dining table provided. Slippers and a cabinet to put footwear provided by the door. Balcony with table and two chairs. Balcony door had a fly screen as did the bedroom window. Wardrobe with security box included and some drawers to store clothes. Kettle, Microwave and large fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery provided, relatively quiet location off the main road in a side street and out of the center of town a short walk from a covered market, two 7-11 stores and a very short drive/ 15 min walk from a supermarket (next to mercure hotel). Pool, fitness, piano and table tennis table available for guests to use and a collection of books available left by earlier guests. Helpful reception staff. Pool out of direct sunlight so one will not burn in the sun when swimming. Close to bank.

The highlight of the hotel is their staff. Their willingness to help and attentiveness made our stay way nicer. Also the location is very quiet, great place if you appreciate your sleep
