Just checked in today and the host is already being so helpful! The room is spotless, has a nice balcony, and the bathroom is huge. It really feels like home. And if you’re a cat lover, you’ll love the cute cat here! 10/10 recommend!

“The best homestay”
This is the best homestay hotel I've ever been to. Clean and cozy room with balcony, perfect position right inside the old city, and the best host couple! They are very hospitable, offering free snacks, fruits and coffee every day. If you need advice for touring, they are very helpful. They even bought me some local food just because I wanted to try! We are also lucky to try Kasan's cooking. He is a real chef! Nim is really crafty—she’s made so many beautiful jewelry and handcrafts. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. My son loved playing with them every day just like his grandparents. It's not a hotel, It's a home. Thanks for bringing so much joy to my family. We'll see you again dear friends～

Wonderful Host and Great Stay! We had a great experience at the hostel thanks to the amazing host — super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They even offered us filtered water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole place had a warm, relaxed vibe. Highly recommended!

Perfect little hide away in old town. Most friendly hosts. Clean, calm. Don’t forget to try the food stands right around the corner for breakfast or lunch, they are all amazing.

“Great location and a very friendly landlord”
The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, with easy access to restaurants, massage parlors, and sightseeing. It's also close to the Sunday night market, so you can easily stroll around, rest, and then go out again. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. When I had an early flight and couldn't easily get a taxi, he even drove me to the airport.

“Great location in old city”
Owners are very helpful and organised tours. Location is in the old city near temples, restaurants and groceries. Door to balcony has fly screen, so I can keep door open at night for fresh air.

Very good location ,near Sunday night market.Quiet area . The owner is really nice and kind! Also provide us some good trip routes . Thanks for yummy and warm northern style breakfast. :) Looking forward to go to Chiang Mai again.

“A fantastic stay!”
We had a wonderful stay at the Commonroom CNX. The rooms were lovely, clean and quiet. The host were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, in addition to being very accommodating. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. We would highly recommend the Commonroom for your stay in Chiang Mai!
