“Fantastic value great location”
Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town but very quiet. Excellent air conditioning in room and snacks and bottles of water provided free every day . Beautifully clean , we appreciated the daily cleaning and provision of fresh towels. The beds were a little basic but to be fair perfectly fine given the price we paid . Excellent value for money and a great base to explore Chiang mai .

Very attentive and supportive, English speaking personnel. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Night guard. Great location right in the center, ideal if you want to explore the old town and the various markets at the gates. Pick ups for tours work fine.

Great location! Close to lots of bars restaurants and cafes Lovely pool lots of loungers, staff were very friendly, small bar on site, comfortable clean rooms.
