Fred and his wife are lovely people. It was a pleasure to stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need, a fridge, and a very pleasant little balcony where you could read a book or have a coffee. Furthermore, Fred helped us find a flight so we could finally get home when we were stranded like so many others. All this with good humor, even offering us coffee. More than recommend. A great memory.

Everything was way beyond what we expected. Fred made us feel at home and was the most pleasant host. Always helpful with a smile. And of course caramel who was sure to collect her daily taxes of scratches is the not so secret star of the show. ❤️

Lovely area outside to relax in, spacious and clean with an excellent shower, we even had a small balcony. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. The manager Fred was so friendly and incredibly helpful!

A perfect place for people seeking peace and quiet, no parties or noisy people. The room was well-equipped for the price: air conditioning, fan, kettle, hairdryer, and a balcony. The staff was helpful and discreet. We loved the two little dogs.

I had an excellent stay at this guesthouse. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding was perfect and the air conditioning worked very well. The small balcony is really pleasant and very much appreciated. The front terrace is very pretty. The managers are lovely and also give very good advice. I will stay longer next time.

“A cozy hotel in the old town Chiang Mai”

- The hotel is very well located in the old part of the town. - Good quality/price relationship. - The rooms are simple but very clean, and the beds are comfortable. - Communication in French with the friendly hotel owners was excellent. - We were allowed to securely leave our luggage at the hotel reception for several hours after check-out. - We were travelling with our daughter and the hotel provided us with two rooms next to each other, just as we had requested when making the booking.

Best owner! Such a kind, helpful and genuinely caring guy. Very clean, very lovely place!! CUTEST DOG EVER OMG. Would stay again!

A real gem of a place set in a quiet little back street with a lovely tropical garden area to relax in and meet other travellers. Room was super clean and comfortable and Fred (the kind owner) was so helpful. When I had a problem with my bank, Fred even helped me to resolve the issue. Merci beaucoup! Location is very central and close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the main attractions in the Old Town whilst still quiet enough to have a good night's sleep. I hope to return again.

A great hotel in a convenient location right in old town. Fred the owner is a true gentleman and he and his wife made sure I was looked after and had any information I needed about the area.
