We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The property is very clean and the staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We really liked the system where guests leave their shoes in a locked cabinet and use the provided sandals inside, which helps keep everything very clean. Our room was cleaned daily and bottles of water were replenished every day. The internet connection was very fast, even on the 4th floor. We had a room with a balcony, which was very spacious and perfect for relaxing. The guesthouse also provides a clothes rack on the balcony for drying clothes, which is very convenient. The location is great, with shops and daily facilities nearby. We also appreciated the secure luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore the town freely. We had to leave early at 4am and were able to check out quietly without disturbing anyone, and it was very kind that someone was there to say goodbye. Excellent hospitality and very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Safe and secure lodging. Staff always around during the day and early evening. Nice little balcony outside the room, AC was good, shower was good at low volume, a little cool at high. The usual 'firm' Thailand mattress but everything. Location is in the historical center so everything is handy.

We had an amazing stay here! Everything was clean, the location was very good, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We were on the top floor but it’s only a few sets of stairs. The property is literally 2 minutes from the centre but actually on a nice quiet road! The view from our room was lovely the room it’s self is spacious and has plenty of fresh light, a fridge, kettle and the bathroom is lovely! They were very accommodating and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Do not hesitate to stay here! It’s great for the price!!

This is a very comfortable guesthouse to stay in. The location in the old walled area is great for easy walking to temples and museums plus plenty of great eating places. The staff are very helpful.

Nice quiet location no major traffic noise or nightlife. Friendly reception staff on check in & check out. Fares from airport - Grab rideshare 138B, Tuktuk 150B, airport shuttle minivan 200B Staff informed me when I booked that there was no elevator.

It was low season and I could tell because I was really the only one there for most of the time. I love Old Town because it’s very central. I loved my room because I could barely hear anything when resting or sleeping and was very dark which I like. There was only one staff member the whole time I was there and she looked after me. The maid was very good, my room was cleaned every day except on her day off which I didn’t mind because my room stayed cleaned. You will never be too far from food and Im grateful for delivery drivers 😁.
