“Relaxing”
We didn’t sleep in one of the bubgalows because the refrigarator was broken. But because of this we slept in the big house and this was amazing.

Friendly staff on site. A family-run resort where the family immediately took care of any requests. The apartment is comfortable. Unfortunately, most of the toys are broken and should be replaced. Otherwise, it is great for small children, who can play in the sand, use the swings, and slide.

“A peaceful and relaxing rural oasis within easy reach of Chiang Mai”
What a lovely and relaxing oasis in the countryside south of the city! The bungalow I was in was comfortable with everything that I needed. The outside terrace was a great place to relax in the evening and the garden area in front of the bungalow gave it a homely feel. Parking was a few steps away and the pool a few steps in the other direction. There were several different areas where I could relax, including an outside dining table and bench seating, outside sofa and armchairs, sun loungers, etc. The pool was wonderful and most of the time it was very quiet. I would say that if you are staying there without children and there is a family with children then there is no escape from any noise around the pool since it is small area. I chose this property because of the self-contained bungalows, pool and rural location, but you really do need transport if you are staying there unless you are happy to stay on site during your stay.

“Amazing getaway for a family reset while travelling”
We loved the swimming pool, water slide, sandpit with kids house, slide and swing, and the trampoline. It's got a lot of options for out door seating near the pool. The Room/bungalow had everything needed to be self sufficient and cook your own meals. For the full week we were their we were the only people using the swimming pool so felt like a private resort. The property is in a quiet area and felt very safe. Grab delivered food and groceries to the location, and it's clearly listed on the map so they knew where to go. We did a couple of booked tours - elephant sanctuary and Ebike, both were happy to collect us from the accommodation even though we were not in Chiang Mai. Uncle the man who helps maintain the property would happily take us to 7/11 or the local markets to buy food for a cheaper price than grab. If you have your own transport it would be the perfect stay

“Relaxing paradise”
It was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was really special with a little waterfall and slide. The staff were all super friendly, we extended our stay by one day. Perfect to get away from hustle and bustle

“About 30 mins grab/bolt ride to the main old town but great price for lovely accommodation if willing to travel in a”

We enjoyed our stay and was lovely to just relax by the pool and cool down from the heat in the pool. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were really sweet in accommodating to keep our bags between check-in.

It was wonderful at SB Holiday Resort! We were two families and had the location almost for ourselves. It was really "far away from the city" (30 minutes drive) but we used grap so it was cheap to get there. We didn't find anything near for breakfast or dinner except some little store where we could get some drinks and snacks or fresh smoothies. But the locals told us in high season there where more restaurants open. We had dinner mostly in town and we got some food for breakfast there and kept it in der fridge for the next day. U also have the possibility to cook in your apartment! We loved staying there!

Friendly owners, helpful and caring, lovely bungalows, super clean, everything is well maintained, a lovely pool to swim in and hang out at with kids, lots of details that show that it's their passion to welcome guests. We had a wonderful stay and will always remember SB Holiday Resort as our first ever experience in Thailand. Thanks for hosting us 🤗
