Lovely staff and convenient location

We had the suite with two bedrooms. The rooms were enormous and each one had a small balcony. The pool was lovely as were the staff. The breakfast was good.

Just perfect. Safe, clean, quiet but just a couple of minutes walk from lovely riverside restaurants and the street markets where it is fun to buy street food. Pool really quiet and clean. Breakfast delicious. The staff were so, so helpful. Excellent advice, always smiley and polite. Rooms kept immaculately clean.

“A very comfortable stay in an excellent place”

Huge room. Comfortable bed. Really kind staff. Pool is lovely. Breakfast is a choice of 5 set meals and limited it would have been good to have a little more choice and all coffee is out of a packet. No coffee or tea stuff in the rooms despite having hot water facilities and a fridge. Given the price of the property and the amazing food and coffee in CM I had expected a little more from this hotel. Luckily there was an amazing bakery right next door. Don't get breakfast and go there instead

Breakfast was limited choice but still very nice. Always fresh juice and fruit. We chose the same breakfast every day which was American breakfast. Fried egg, bacon, slice of ham and two sausages. Slice of toast and jam. Always a piece of cake/pastry as well. Koffie, tea etc

“A place I will always stay in when in Chiangmai.”

This is a simple, but scrupulously clean and well-maintained hotel. It seems to be a family business, and they truly excel in hospitality and service. The hotel serves a very good breakfast. The location is excellent, but at the same time in a quiet spot, so there is no noise at night. There is also a little cafe open every day where one can order tea or coffee or other soft drinks, as well as a small selection of baked goods. I highly recommend this place.
