“Warm and friendly family run hotel with positive energy”

It was our second stay here, so we knew what to expect: exceptional friendliness and service in a family-run hotel. It's not an upmarket hotel but clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. The pool is small but good for cooling down in the afternoon. The location is on the other side of the river from the tourist area and near a high-street / food market used by locals. The staff made an extra effort to provide us with the same room as our first stay since we liked it so much. Everyone involved here -- the owners, the reception and the cleaning staff -- works with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. We will come back!

“Lovely hotel but peace needed!”

Small hotel with lovely attentive staff. Nice swimming pool area with 4 cushioned sunbeds. We liked having a small balcony with two chairs and a small table do that we could watch the world go by after a day out. The lcation for us was great, we don't mind walking a little to get to all the shops, markets, bars etc. Pleasant view of the bridge and river, wh8ch lights up beautifully at n8ght. A 7/11 is a convenient 2 min walk away to the left so you don't have to cross the busy road to get mist of what you might need.

“Great place to stay in central chiang mai”

The perfect location to stay in central Chiang Mai. Walking distance to all main attractions. The accommodation was super clean. Breakfast was super tasty and good selection. There is parking for a car by the hotel and on the street in front. Staff spoke the best English I heard in our whole trip in Thailand.

The staff are very friendly and although an older hotel (I stayed in one of the downstairs rooms at the back) the place was spotlessly clean.

“Very friendly family-run hotel, great value for money”

Very friendly family-run hotel, they worked very hard to make our stay a success, helping with information and practical stuff. The room was spacious and we liked the secluded balcony with banana trees and white-squirrel (not all the balconies are secluded, but ours was). The breakfast was good, especially the local options. The location on the river is good, but outside the old town centre. We preferred the food markets and cocktail bars nearby, away from the main tourist attractions. The swimming pool was refreshing and a good way to cool down after the day's outing. This may not be an upmarket option but it is great value for money and the family-run vibe is the main attraction.
