“Fantastic stay”

All members of staff were very friendly. Great-size pool with plenty of shade. Large room, very clean while having beautiful ornate decoration. The hotel has a nice restaurant for which we never struggled to get a seat for breakfast, lunch or dinner, serving tasty food. A short taxi to the airport while being 15 minutes walk maximum to the biggest temples in the city. 5 minutes walk to 7/11 for snacks and drinks and just a bit further to some very nice restaurants. Activities can be booked at reception which was really helpful.

“Wonderful hotel near the Chiang mai Center”

The staff was remarkably kind and helpful. Sky in particular handled my arrival smoothly and made sure all details of my stay in Chiang Mai were always met. Regarding, the set up of the rooms next to the poo gives the hotel a cozy environment where to relax.

Fantastic location, beautiful spacious room and fantastic pool. All the staff were really friendly and Anne on the tour desk was really knowledgable and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious!!

The property is well located in the centre of the old city. Many sites, restaurants and services easily accessible. The rooms were large and the architecture and design replicates traditional design. There is a large pool.

We enjoyed the very relaxed comfortable atmosphere the swimming pool was very clean the breakfast very delicious lots to eat the bedroom and bathroom very comfortable with welcoming air conditioning our stay was quiet relaxing very friendly helpful Staff very good area for Temples and easy access using transport outside Hotel to other locations plus 7/Eleven shop close by delicious restaurants and self use launderette just down the road experience all round 10/10

“Best stay in Chiang Mai”

Everyone of the staff we met were amazing and went out of their way to please. The breakfast staff made the day start with such joy, the cleaning team were always friendly and ensured everything was perfect, while the reception staff were incredibly friendly and special.

Very stylish hotel with traditional Thai wooden furnishings and decor. The room was airy and spacious as well as comfortable and quiet. The pool is welcome and clean in a pleasant setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and it was no trouble to invite our soon to join us each day.

The room was absolutely stunning. Loved that i could see out from the bathroom into the bedroom. The spa bath was great after lots of walking. Bed was super comfy. Pool area was good. In a great location, walkable to the centre but lovely and quiet.

The hotel is beautifully built around a central pool and creates a wonderfully inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated in a traditional Thai style – a real highlight for anyone who appreciates authentic surroundings. During our stay, six new trees were planted around the pool, providing pleasant shade and helping to keep the water refreshingly cool even on the hottest days – a wonderful addition. The fitness room is well-equipped and offers a lovely view of the pool while you work out. Breakfast is excellent, with a generous and varied selection that sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. The location on the edge of the old town is ideal: all the major sights are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle, and a bike rental is conveniently located nearby. The local restaurant scene within walking distance is also well worth exploring. I particularly recommend the Nok Kafe and Miss Ju – both offer authentic local cuisine in a charming setting. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay – we would love to come.

“Lovely surprise”

Pingviman was a lovely surprise, the room was both large and stylish, with wooden floors and elaborate wood carving decorations. The bathroom was great, feauturing both a large shower and a jacuzzi. Our room was tucked away on the ground floor just by the pool so it was very quiet and private. There is also a balcony and a complentary minibar. Staff were helfpul and friendly. Location is also great, easy access to everything. Breakfast was alright. It was spotless clean.

We had a room on the ground floor with pool access. It was one of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever stayed in, so characteristic, huge and immaculately clean. The pool was also so quiet and tranquil . Breakfast was great with lots of options hot and cold and the pool/bar food was outstanding especially the spring rolls . Staff were very polite and helpful . Location perfect
