“Comfortable large room, great host and good location.”

Host Mae was amazing before we even arrived at Chiang Mai with transport and information. Her help with restaurant and tour recommendations so appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and in a good central location but still a quiet.

The curtains were not darkening, so we woke up very early every day. Otherwise little complaints

“Cozy place in the middle of town.”

The interior design of the room was great, you will feel comfortable there, immediately. Enough space to place your stuff on, something quite unusual for Thailand. The mattress was good as well. The hotel is in a dead-end street so hardly any traffic noise, but also in the middle of the city. It’s a great choice if you prefer quiet nights but also want to stay close to the lively parts of town. The window is big and the room gets a lot of light. We had a room towards the street. At night it is quiet but the kitchen of a restaurant goes out to the same street. You could hear their staff washing the tableware until about 10pm. But if you won’t be going to bed earlier than that, it’s fine. In the morning, the street was also quiet until about 8am. The price is also good for a city like Chiang Mai, especially for this location and the facilities. Even tough it said that they didn’t have parking space, they helped us finding good parking spots for our scooters. I would stay here again.

Our host was incredibly nice, she suggested amazing restaurants and acitivites. The hotel is right in the city centre, walking distance from all major attractions, but still quiet and cozy. The room was comfortable and clean.

“Excellent stay and location in Chiang Mai”

The property is like a guesthouse with just a few rooms. Perfect location. You're in the old town of Chiang Mai, very close to Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan. In my opinion, the location is wonderful/noteworthy because it's not on the tourist streets with the usual bars and restaurants. I found it very local, with restaurants serving authentic local cuisine just a few steps away. The lady at the reception is really helpful and kind. She booked my transfer/taxi and I was able to use the laundry service. In addition to this, she gave me advice as a true local, which was very useful for discovering the best of the Chiang Mai area. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended. I hope to see you again.

Great location in old city family run booked our tours and trip to bangkok and flight back to vietnam. The owner gave us info on places to visit and got us a private car to the bus station .We loved chiang mai cheers

The room was very clean and comfortable. We received a warm welcome after booking last minute, the host was also helpful with recommendations, laundry and booking onward transport.

Everything was perfect, May was very attentive and gave me all the information about anything, i could have booked it through her any tour with a good price. Free coffe free tea any time. Location was perfect with porximity to restaurant and shooping, the room was spacious and clean. Thank you May for everything. Definitely will come back.

Great value for money. Location is great, right next to one of the main temples, and all other attractions are within walking distance. The owner was very friendly, she was available for any questions and recommendations, she sent all instructions in advance. The room is clean, big enough for a few days stay in Chiang mai.
