“NO ELEVATOR. STAFF DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DONT HAVE BABY BEDS. ROOM NOT CLEAN”
Nothing BOUTIQUE except the embroidered towel. Room was dusty and ancient. No lift. They dont have baby beds.

“Good base to stay when visiting Chiang Mai”
- perfect location in the western part of Oldtown - you can explore a lot of the major sightseeing places by foot - plenty good food options around - nice and spacious rooms with comfortable bed - really good water pressure in the shower

“Great location, clean and staff very friendly.”
I loved the location. Quiet but close to the Sunday market. It is a distant from Niman but just get a grab. Bed was comfy. We were on the top floor so light plenty of light and the room was big!

“Centrally located, great value for money - I will definitely come back”
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes from Thapae Gate. There's a ton of food options right at your doorstep. The rooms are spacious with lots of space for storage, etc. The staff is very nice and helpful, ready to assist with whatever you might need. There's a cheap and good laundry place right in front of the hotel, which is also super convenient (they even bring it to the hotel when it's finished so you don't have to go to pick it up).

The Location is awesome. perfect for a few days or week in Chiang Mai, almost everything is in walking distance. If not get a Scooter, TukTuk or Taxi via Grab App. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a room in the ground floor with terrace, it was eben better as on the Pictures.

“Spectacular room, service and area!”
The host of this hotel is SPECIAL! She is always around the lobby and checking in to ensure that all needs are met. The room was very spacious and nice and cool. Wonderful area to walk around in, with lots of food nearby! We even forgot a bottle of wine in the fridge and they returned it to us when we came by a few hours after cleaning the room. Amazing place, 10/10!
