“Superb staycation at Movenpick Chiang Mai..”
Its strategic location near the night market and close to nearby mosque where as a Muslim it is a relief to hunt for our halal food. All are within walking distance.

The location is great, night market near by but the street stalls are worth browsing. Lemongrass restaurant is a short walk and very good. The hotel restaurant does a very reasonable buffet dinner for around £7.50 each. I'm sure it would be busier if it advertised it outside. The staff were all excellent and no problem at all moving rooms. We also found a lovely small bar not far which was reasonable and free pool tables.

stayed before . Prices in January are higher as a popular tourist time.Hotel has an excellent location -near everything. Hotel has restaurant which is quite good .Many tourists go chasing street food which is not that cheap when there is a far better deal at the hotel. Everything you would expect from a name like Movenpick is at the hotel.
