Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Shower had plenty of hot water. The location was very good with plenty of eating places and shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Super cruisy with nice bushy outlook

The location is ideal, I was in room 107 and could not hear the traffic nearby. Beds were hard for some uncomfortable but for me it was fine. Staff were friendly. Food available from 8am - 4pm cooked fresh in the kitchen. There is foliage in the inner court and the frogs come out at night,tiny ones. Frog sounds throughout the night but luckily couldn't hear them from my room.

good location very close to Pratu Chang Phuak

Conveniently located on the edge of the old town, close to the north gate food market, jazz coop, 7/11 and several coffee and food spots. The room was large, WiFi was stable for remote working, and cleaned each day.

“Forest type accomodation”

Lovely forest type accommodation facility. Although it's inside the Old City the place looks like you live in a forest. There is a big yard with small rivers, big trees and benches and around this area are the different rooms. The room was quiet and well equipped with daily refills of fresh water bottles. But at night it could happen to hear noises, probably from frogs shouting. There is a cleaning service on request and also a laundry service. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. Also the internet was very fast. Many small restaurants, cafeterias and mini markets nearby. There is a big night market exactly on the opposite side of the main street.

“Perfect stay in Chiang Mai”

Beautiful room, with a massive bed and loads of space. The toilet was also super nice. The property had a lovely garden area to sit in.

We had a very enjoyable stay at deluxe twin room with a balcony facing the inner garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good, in the northern a bit more peaceful part of the old town but still within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
