breakfast was very good most of the days except for one day. Location pretty good and staff were all good!! Had complimentary snacks water and juices all day, which is a very nice touch. the room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. comfy bed and pillows were really good and in fact so good that my wife did not need to use hers. Good size bathroom

We were very happy to stay here. Everything was comfortable, even though it was only for one day. What I liked the most was that the food here was very delicious, I guarantee it.

I made a mistake, was supposed to book Moose at Nimmans, but I booked Moose at Chiang Mai instead. Was a good mistake, cos Moose chiang mai is about 40% cheaper. It is also a quieter location; Grab is very affordable, fast, and safe. It only cost 100 baht to most places, like the old city and Nimmans. I think I got a good deal. The staff is helpful. I arrived into the hotel at 9 a.m.; officially, i can only check in at 2pm, they rush clean up a room for me by 11 a.m.. I appreciate that kind gesture.

We appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby. The restaurant served amazing food for the two times we ate there. See the photos. Despite us not expecting our towels to be washed everyday they were, and the beds were made daily. The staff were always friendly in the lobby when entering and exiting the hotel.

It is clean, well designed, the restaurant is very good. The bar staff know how to make cocktail. There is a washer dryer. Air con is great, bed is comfy, shower is hot and high pressure. I honestly can’t fault it.

Breakfast was good. The spread was quite extensive, and the environment at the breakfast area was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The moose mascot stuffed toy on the bed made me smile. The staff were courteous and helpful too.
