“Kind and helpful staff”

Lovely staff and great, clean, comfortable rooms with AC for a good price. Nice and quiet, but not too far from busier places if you want less quiet.

Great location and excellent service. The night markets are just around the corner, which was really convenient. Everything was very clean, and overall it was great value for money.

“AMAZING hosts SUPER rooms”

I have to say a huge thank you to my hosts. Live long and prosper you lovely people. Story time: I arrived at the property unwell. I thought i had food poisoning and I was VERY dehydrated. I arrived late and delirious slept one night before. Staggering out in the morning and asking my host where I could find a doctor. He told me I needed to go to hospital and gave me a map and circled the cheap hospital and offered to take care of my stuff until I returned. In hospital HE CAME TO CHECK UP ON ME! And after I was let out a day or 2 later I asked if I could stay for a few more days. The couple told me they had no vacancies but went and found me a room at another hotel AND INSISTED ON CARRYING MY HUGE BAG TO THE HOTEL. I cannot sing their praises loud enough. Thank you.

I really liked the room. It was nice and cozy, not too small, and very clean! The owners were extremely friendly, they made me feel like at home. So nice!

The host is helpful and willing to help in any cases and the room is exactly 💯 the same as in the photo. Near suki chang pruek and moo ka ta chang pruek. Love to stay here 😊💝 and will come back

Amazing guest house with the great environment by the owner, which is strongly recommend by me. If you’re looking for the guest house that’s super offered by the local people you must come here and if you had a local people look like the place are amazing queen the toilet are amazing. Great value you to pay for it.

Nice old style house near the North Gate. Price quality ratio is good, ground floor room was clean, ac was ok, bed was semi hard and bathroom was large. Free safe parking is at the back yard. Owners were kind and helpfull.

The LGHH, has a great location and friendly/helpful staff. The bed was fine and the cleanliness good, but there were too many other factors that contributed to me leaving and never wanting to stay there again. My door had a wide gap, which I was ok with except for the mosquitoes. There was frequent loud footsteps coming from upstairs or the roof(?) both nights, which affected my sleep. The aircon blew straight onto the bed. And the mosque next door has a 5.15am call to prayer. The straw that broke the camels back. Not great.

Such a caring and friendly family! They truly create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and go out of their way to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious. I highly recommend Little Guest House to anyone visiting Chiang Mai :)

“Great Local Guesthouse in Chiang Mai”

Wonderful family run guesthouse just outside the North "Gate" of Old Town Chiang Mai. Perfect location, easy walking everywhere and staff were completely helpful. My "suite" room was large with separate bedroom and sitting area.

The accomodation is super clean and comfortable, plus the staff is friendly and supportive!

“Lovely staff, great location & nice room!”

I booked this place for the location & price, it didn’t disappoint there! The room is big & comfortable, nice size bathroom too and AC works well. Big fridge and a water cooker available. The best part of the little guest house hotel is the staff, the man that runs the place is an absolute sweetheart that truly wants us to enjoy the best of Thailand. I extended my stay with a night and booked another night in the future when I return to Chiang Mai.

“Very comfortable”

This was a lovely and relaxing day. I had the best night sleep that I’ve had since travelling. The room had a great sized bathroom with toiletries and a full size fridge in the room. The family that run the hotel are so helpful and lovely they run a really convenient trip to the airport and back for TB120. If I stay in Chiang Mai again, I will only be staying here.

The room is very clean and well maintained, it is run by a family and they are very hospitable and friendly. You can drop off your luggage before check in time. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again!
