The host Beebee just makes the place! She is super lovely, and friendly. The place is located in a decent area to get around. They serve food on the premises which makes it easy for a quick bite. 2x 7 eleven less than 3minutes walk.

I was given a room with a big balcony, which was great. BeeBee, the owner, really looked after me with advice on where to visit, money exchange etc. All the other staff were lovely as well. Loved the old architecture and art work of the resort.

The location is great with food markets just a few minutes walk, and a 5 Min moto ride to old town centre. The room is spacious and clean and I loved the antique furniture pieces. They serve a lovely breakfast and have food available all day. All staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially Bee and Pim, the manager and her sister, amazing people. The pool and Sauna are a lovely extra as well as all the best tours available at the reception with Bee. We did the Elephants in Wild sanctuary and we loved it , as it included a waterfall trek and a fun rafting. Definitely our place to stay whenever in Chiang Mai. Super recommended.

We had a lovely host. She was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and had discounts for booking excursions through her. There was a fun, large pool taking up the entire ground floor, an exercise room, and a sauna. All in a beautiful old building!
