“Highly recommend. Great value for money”
Great Host, amazing stay. Great value for money. We upgraded from another property at a similar price. This one was far more superior, larger rooms, extremely comfortable large bed. Good hot water, fridge, safety deposit box, drinking water fountain to stock up. Travelling Vietnam and Thailand in this budget range for a few weeks and this is by far our best stay. Highly recommend. No complaints at all. Host was also extremely welcoming, friendly, hospitable and helpful. Great location too! Close to everything but quiet.

Location is perfect because you are in the old town. Everything is on walking distance No security deposit needed of 1000baht Wifi signal and speed is very very good.

“Great located and quiet guesthouse.”
Great location: near the eastern border of the old town. LOTS of different cafes, large square with food court and life music every evening nearby. Friendly staff, nice and hospitable. Very quiet. Pleasant lobby. High speed internet (around 200/200 mbps). Hot water in the shower)) We were completely enjoyed by this guesthouse and gonna recommend it definitely!👍

Very clean room, with daily housekeeping service. Both air conditioning and a fan are available and working, although it was not possible to adjust the AC temperature. The hotel is close to many tourist and local restaurants (I recommend Lanna Market and trying the gyoza), Zoe in Yellow (a nightlife spot similar to a club), cafés (I loved Coffee Plus, just a few meters from the hotel, with an incredible chocolate Danish), 7-Eleven, and laundry services (fast and they also sell detergent, but be careful as the machines can be opened during the wash). Overall, the area is very well served. In 10–15 minutes you can easily reach the old temple located right in the city center. Very comfortable bed. The room was very bright despite the north-facing exposure. Mosquito nets on the windows.
