Firstly, the staff here are second to none! They are so friendly and helpful, even leaving out water and more towels when we were out in a little basket. It’s so clean and comfortable and has everything you need. For being traveller, this place is so cheap for what you get. Although it is about a 15/20 minute drive outside of the main centre of chiang mai, once you get a scooter you don’t mind being a little bit out, and as a plus it’s very peaceful!

One of the best services I have ever experienced. Clean and modern room, view from the balcony and very quiet area and not that far from the city center. The staff was amazing every day, we got water, towels and room service. Also it is possible to order food at the reception for a very good price. There is a washing machine available in the building so you don't have to go anywhere else and the staff was so nice to hang my laundry so it dried faster. Highly recommended.

Large room and clean. We had the upper room. You definitely need transport but there is a 7Eleven within 15 mins walking. We had out small dog with us.

We loved everything. The people who worked there were so lovely and always went the extra mile. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday. It was in a quiet part of San Sai but only a short scooter ride away from the main highways.

Friendliest and most attentive staff we have ever encountered. Roomservice was fantastic. Owners are kind and helpful. We would return anytime.

One of the most generous and hospitable hosts that manage the hotel. We were picked up from and dropped off to the aiport. My sister's luggage handle broke and the manager offered to and fixed it. They went out to put our suitcases in pouring rain. We felt blessed and treated well

I liked my room as I am travelling with a cat, this is pet friendly and good quality room compared with other pet friendly stays...super happy will come back again for sure.

Super nice, helpful and friendly staff. The hostel is far from the city center and hard to order any Grab or taxi, but it is to be expected in this area. The room I stayed in was big, had a Doi Suthep view. Water available, big fridge...you can order room service, the food is very good. The owner speaks English.
