No expectation for the price.

The room was good will furnished space. The whole property was clean and Fon ran the place really well and was happy to help with any needs I had. The place has a rating far lower than it should be. It went through a tricky change of owners etc but it's a lovely place to stay now. Just far enough out of the city to be quiet and not too far to walk. Highly recommend. Will stay again :)

nice bed in private room. for this price really good room, nothing special but I didn't expect anything special. just beds and bathroom with hot water in good location. at night it was quiet, service was nice and smiling, I have nothing to complain about. There is a fan inside.

Hospitality and people around

Nice staff, good value and clean. Location a little off the main drag but was quite at night because of this. Fan was good above bed. Hot shower, comfortable but firm bed.

Great location. Quite but close to bustling markets. Friendly and helpful owner. He is nearly always around to help you and speaks perfect English.

“I felt betrayed”

booked with them 3 months in advance. There was a delay on our flight of couple of hours. We notified way in advance the reception about the issue, which they mentioned it wasn't a problem. When we arrived there was no one for check in, even if they mentioned there will be someone. Stayed the night in a emergency hotel. Next morning I headed to the hotel to find the surprise that they rented our room 2 days before our arrival because they oversold the rooms (manager explicitly mentioned that), which is a really nasty move specially when you know your customers is bringing little kids with them.

The receptionist was very amenable, giving us back our money without a quibble, obviously a regular occurrence

I stay in hostel only 1 night and next day find another one. For this price in Chiang Mai have more better hostels. Inside room haven’t air conditioning and very hot, bad haven’t private lights, charge for phone and curtains. If it’s mix room (man and woman together) without curtains live very uncomfortable! But personal is really very friendly.

“Great value for money in good location”

Friendly staff. Good value for money. The shower didn't work when we first arrived aa there was no hot water coming out. They said they'd fix it, when we came back afyer a gew hours they had replaced the whole unit. This sums up their customer service. They go out their way to be helpful as possible.. My husband liked their coffee but I wasn't too keen on it. Didn't try their food but others said that the service can be slow and food is ok Note the walls are very thin and windows are not sound proof. You can hear other people's conversation so remember they can hear yours too. I would recommend this place, its good vaku for money in great location. There are a lot of people coming and going so good opportunity to meet new people if you want to.
