“Comfortable and convienient”

The room is spacious with a large bed and a balcony. It is close to the Tha Phae gate, the main temples, and the Sunday night market. I was able to check in early. You can leave your bags after check out. It is quiet.

everything! Although the place is not new, it is well maintained. The rooms are cozy and clean, there is everything you need and more! The place photo are probably not up to date. There is also a smart TV that you can connect by wifi to your phone tablet etc. Excellent internet, excellent air conditioning, everything was great from the people to the room to the location. There is an elevator. Double room, 3rd floor, payd 500 baht for night. I will absolutely stay here again. highly recommended.

The location was excellent. The room was super clean. There was a good amount parking, which was great as there isn't really any on street parking nearby. Balcony view was nice. Best nights sleep I've had in ages.

The location is really great. The room is simple but the price is worth of what the hotel provide. Hairdryer can be borrowed from the office. The Housekeeping staff will leave bottle water and paper roll on the door everyday if you don't want them to go into the room. The internet is very stable and fast.

There's a guard at night to help deliver the key if you take a late flight to Chiang Mai. It makes me feel safe to stay here. The location is really great closing to Sunday Market, 7-11, and a money exchange which has the best rate that I saw within the town.

Convenient location in the old city area, surrounded by an amazing variety of eating places. The room was quite large comfortable. The staff were efficient. Strong wifi.

I had a nice stay here. The staff were very nice and the location is ideal, 3-5 min walk from Tha Phae Gate and about 2 mins to Ratvithi Road (night life central in the old town) yet the area around the hotel is quiet.

If you like a VERY hard/firm mattress, this is the place for you. To me, far to hard and uncomfortable. Good location, everything working, clean.

A good hotel. The furniture is a little old, but who cares. The beds are comfy, so are the pillows. A working TV (2 English language channels), a working AC, a good working hot shower. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and had a little balcony to sit out on. Daily 2 water bottles, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. At night, there is a very nice security guard watching over the hotel, it felt really safe. But what I liked most about the hotel, was the little details. A little step into the shower and a curtain, so the bathroom does not flood when you wash. The aircon positioned so you don't get the full on blast on you when in bed. A mosquito screen door on the balcony. Mosquito nets even on the air vents! I would definitely stay there again. 10/10.

Location is 10/10. Amongst the city action but secluded in a quiet side street. We loved having a balcony and the cleanliness was great. As far as budget options go, Boonthavon is a fantastic place to consider.

Large clean room with balcony, air conditioning, tv ,good size bathroom. Location is close to restaurants and shops . Building has an elevator and good security. Great value accommodation.
