“Not a four star hotel but was very clean and functional don't ignore it for good basic accomodation”

Great location outside the moat close to bus and rail stations easy access to central festival by grab .. the place was not modern but exceptionally clean with great hospitality from the hosts. This is a two star rated hotel so high scores but it is not a modern chain hotel manage your expectations. We will go again . Very functional . Laundry facilities with good local restaurants and 7/11 closebyv.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Within a few minutes walk to the bus station which was perfect after my long journey. Very clean and lovely decorated cosy room.

Good option for a 1 night stay a few hundred yards away from bus station 3.

The nicest hosts ever. 💕 If you like solid beds and wind chimes, this is the place for you. Instant coffee station, private fridge & bathroom, A/C, TV, nice room. A little garden und you can do your laundry.

There is a couple that own Ban Maitree. I can't remember their names but they are the nicest people you'll ever meet, they were so helpful and sweet. I hope I can stay here again in the future. Great location aswell in the quieter part of chiang mai but close enough to the city centre

The staff...being the owner. Absolutely delightful women. She made us feel so welcome after a long bus trip. Soo helpful. The accommodation is basically a hotel room. Very clean. Location is perfect if you are catching a bus to Pai or Chiang Rai.

Everything, the couple that runs the place are very friendly. The lady even gave me an excellent recommendation for a restaurant near by. The location is a 5min walk to the bus station, perfect if you have an early bus to catch. The room has everything you need, A/C, fan, refrigerator, plugs near the bed, hot water and towels. I will definitely book this place again when I go back to Chiang Mai and I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Ban Maitree. The owners are so lovely and kind. It is in a great location for the bus stop. The room is comfortable and has everything you’d need.

Its a peaceful place

Everything was absolutely amazing. Super close to the bus stop and a nice selection of cafes and restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy and Aime was so kind and helpful to me! Would definitely recommend!

Everything we were looking for in a quick stop between our flight/train journey! You’ll find the friendliest of hosts here! We loved chatting with them so much, almost felt like a home away from home. Very accommodating, which really makes a difference on long travel days. Free use of pedal bikes.

The owners are super lovely! It felt like interacting with my grandparents again. There is a fish pond with a bench, a lovely garden with a smoking area. An outdoor kitchen area with all necessities and very good crackers/biscuits.
