Clean and convenient location, close to many fantastic restaurants.

I loved the interior design of this hotel/guesthouse. The staff was very kind and accommodating. My room was spacious, super bright, overwatching the small road next to the property. The location is great right next to Tha Phae Gate and the canal. There is a restaurant in front where you can get coffee or eat.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Night Bazaar and main temples in the Old Street area.

Super easy to find, clean and comfortable stay for the price. In the old city. Easy access for taxis etc. western mattresses. Comfy bed.

A very comfortable stay at a great location in the Old City! The staff was also super helpful and welcoming, they made us feel very much at home.

We could hear every word in the neighbouring room because of the connection door between the rooms.

“Great Stay in the Heart of Chiang Mai”

This hotel is in an unbeatable location: just a 3-minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and 5 minutes to food stalls, coffee shops, massage studios, bars, and a local fresh food market where cooking classes start. If you are here for a city trip, you won't need a scooter. Walkable to the night markets, temples, and main sights. Grab/taxi from the airport takes about 15 min. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had fresh-smelling linens, a reliable AC, and a great working mini-fridge. The beds felt like hotel quality, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. A desk (with an additional power socket) and chair were available, which was great as I worked remotely. The bathroom was clean and simple. The hotel has a cute coffee shop downstairs, ideal for working or relaxing. You can also book tourist trips there; we arranged tickets for a Thai boxing match (600 THB/person with hotel pickup and drop-off)—a fun experience.

It’s a really nice place, with simple local vibe. Very clean ! A big room with AC and a fridge. I really loved the interior. I enjoyed my stay and will back in future as well. I also loved the location, everything in waling distance

“Great value for money in a central location”

Great location and great people running it. Booked some excursions via them and they were fairly priced and good quality.

The place is nice and clean.

It was a nice private room with a share bathroom, a lot of shops, restaurantes, small markets around and the night market was around 12min by walking......it was really nice place and the people that work there were amazing also. Simples breakfast but delicious.
