Cosy and well decorated place. "Home" feeling. Not expecting to have such a nice breakfast for this price category. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hostess, Look Nai, whose family owes the property, is very gracious and understanding. She takes all the trouble to ensure that my wife and I had a great and wonderful time. Her breakfast was very good as she tries to provide a balanced diet. Look Nai was always ready to answer questions and always available to help.

“Calm and quiet place in a busy city.”

I had a most enjoyable stay at Baan Hanibah. The atmosphere here is welcoming, friendly and calm. The staff were the best!!!!! - helpful and obliging and always very friendly. The building is traditional - lots of wooden beams and, I would guess, lots of history too. After a day of broiling heat in the busy streets of Chiang Mai, I was always glad to return to the serenity of Baan Hanibah. The location is very good, in a quiet street and close to nice bars and restaurants. And I really enjoyed the breakfasts there: fresh fruit, followed by a Western or Thai breakfast dish. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would jump at the chance of staying here again.

The house is very beautiful, the room was big and comfortable, the bed too. It's a quiet area but walking distance to known temples and markets. The breakfast is amazing and the ladies working here are very kind as well!

“My chiang mai home”

It’s been about 10 years since my last visit. I choose here because I feel like home and hospitality of this family owned guesthouse. I love the garden and peaceful energy.

The quiet, homely comfort.

Lovely B&B with a pretty courtyard, tucked up a quiet Soi in the NE corner of the Old City. The property is clean and relaxing, with warm hosts. Simple continental breakfast.

Lovely old house. In the room good airco. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Great accomodation, a little bit old but very clean. The room was spacious enough for four persons, large shower. Breakfast was so good, both thai and european food. Few minutes walk to reach old city most important temples. The host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The most perfect little guesthouse. Full of charm and character, incredibly tranquil but near to everything. An absolute treasure.
