“Great little hotel, staff are amazing”
Stayed here twice - 2nd room was lovely, really clean, great quality bedding and a nice little balcony with a rack to dry any washing The staff were absolutely fantastic!!! We were able to leave our luggage free of charge for 5 days while we went up to Chiang Mai as we were returning to stay for a couple more days.

“Awana House was everything we needed — perfectly located near Market Street yet peaceful, with fantastic staff, comforta”
We had a fantastic month-long stay at Awana House! It was everything we needed — close to Market Street for easy access to great food and shops, yet far enough back to feel peaceful and away from the bustle. The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool was a bit chilly during the winter season, but the setting was still perfect, and the beds were super comfortable. Overall, Awana House made our time in Chiang Mai truly enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again on our next visit!

Awana House sits in the perfect spot for visiting Chiang Mai: you can go anywhere by walk and on sundays there’s this huge night market in the main road right behind the hotel
