Style is really special

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, there was an air of generosity in the hotel with guests being able to help themselves to a range of snacks and a number of free activities including a tour of some temples with a knowledgeable guide and a cooking lesson. Nothing seemed a problem and our week there was very enjoyable.

Beautiful courtyard, lovely staff, Imm took good care of us during our 5 day stay Room was smaller than anticipated from photos, drawers for clothing would have been useful, comfortable and clean, fan on balcony a bonus.

Excellent location within old city. Accessible temples, restaurants, markets etc within area. Contemporary design, very clean & well presented. Room size excellent, with close access to pool, also immaculate. Staff were accommodating, pleasant, proficient & professional. Delighted to assist with any queries. Breakfast included with great selection, also additional vouchers for late lunch, afternoon tea - so appreciated. Made Chiang Mai stay most comfortable, above expectation. Thank you 🙏

“A Beautiful Charming Haven with Fantastic Service”

The staff, particularly Imm,Fon and Dao were outstanding. The location, in the old town is so central, with a temple across the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a beautiful old building, with quirky charm. A peaceful haven in a busy, charming city

The location was truly fabulous. Close to great coffee and restaurants. There were many extras including icecream, biscuits, as much bottled water as you wanted and complimentary snacks. The staff were welcoming and lovely. We would absolutely choose this hotel again.

I don’t often give perfect scores but I really loved this hotel. The decor was beautiful, staff so friendly and helpful, housekeeping attentive, pool with free ice cream. It was a marvellous oasis on a long trip and I wish I could have stayed longer

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived the staff and service were excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was large and airy. We got upgraded to their grand deluxe room, which was a bonus. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the pool was a god send during the middle of the day given the extreme heat at this time of the year. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great boutique hotel”

Cute boutique hotel, with a central location. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel gives access to water bottles, ice cream and snacks which was a really nice touch! Bicycles available to use as well and the pool was lovely.

This was the most fabulous boutique hotel I have stayed in. From the staff, the gorgeous decor, value for money, and fabulous breakfast it was an absolute pleasure to be a guest at 99 The Heritage . I will certainly be recommending this establishment to anyone planning to visit beautiful Chiang Mai .

The rooms were large and clean with a comfortable bed. Great help from the reception staff with assistance in getting transport around the city. A nice small boutique hotel without the large crowds.
