Very good location and good value-for-money. The facilities were good and the staff was friendly. It is not a luxury hotel but it is not a hostel as well. Very good stay for a reasonable budget in a very nice part of the center. They also have their own parking garage for your scooter and/or car.

We loved our stay here! Would recommend a scooter to get around which we didn’t have, but there are tuk tuks at the end of the road and grab is also available (although temperamental) the room is clean and very comfortable and the staff are lovely and very helpful! It’s not too far to walk to places and it is a nice walk through the old town.

“Ideal location to visit ChiangMai”
Location! So close to everything. We walked to the Sunday night market in less than ten minutes. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Someone at reception during the day. Seven 11 nearby if needed. We also got our laundry done while here

The staff was very friendly. I arrived very early, and they gave me the room ahead of time. They offer complimentary cookies and fruit at the reception. I loved the room with mountain views. The atmosphere is very peaceful. They still keep the tradition of removing shoes at the entrance, which I think is great.

Very comfortable spacious with nice view from 3rd floor! Enjoyed the no shoes on policy, made the place more homey and cleaner. There is a pretty good breakfast place across the street and numerous massage around.
