We stayed for one night after crossing into Thailand from Laos. The price can't be beat, and the owners are very friendly. It's a small family farm with five little bungalows. We had everything we needed for the one night. The owner even picked us up at the Thai border and took us to the bus stop the next day. Breakfast was included, it's simple but enough to get you started for the day. We also had dinner at the family's small restaurant next to the little bungalow complex. Authentic Thai food, delicious and again excellent and friendly service. We even got mangos from their farm for dessert and the next morning for the road. We'd definitely stay here again should we return to this border crossing. Thanks for the warm welcome to Thailand.

I'd recommend staying here for anyone that wants something a bit more off the beaten track. It's less than a 5 minute drive from the border crossing which is great, but does mean it is more rural as the town itself is further away. I went for a beautiful cycle through the country side with bike provided for free and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is basic but you have everything you need for a night - strong AC too. A home cooked meal was also really lovely! All the staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you

The owners are the sweetest, warming and really helpful. They brought me to the border for Laos the next morning for free, their hospitality really warmed my heart. The food from their restaurant is also really good. Thank you very very much ♥️

These basic little cabins are situated on a farm 5 minutes by bike from the Mekong River. The friendly host provides a pick up drop off service. There is a restaurant with excellent Thai food.

“Nice property to go in Laos next morning”

Very nice property and owners ! The stay is comfy and very clean. They brought us to the border next morning which was very nice of them and even pick up us when we arrived by bus. They also have free bycicles that you can use to make a little tour of the area.

The accommodation was great and we really enjoyed our stay. It is located a bit outside the town, but that actually suited us perfectly as it was quiet and relaxing. Food can be ordered directly from the hosts, which was very convenient. They also offer free bicycles, and we even rented a scooter from them, which made getting around easy and fun. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Great location to sleep before or after passing the frontier. Owners are super nice and they pick you up when you arrive and drop you off when you leave. The room is tiny but clean and functionnal

“Fully recommended after slowboat”

- Very conveniently located close to the Thai/Lao border - Clean and confortable bungalows in a very calm environment - Excellent homemade dinner upon request and correct breakfast - Very nice owner who picked us up at the border and drove us to the bus station After 2 days of slow boat from Luang Prabang, we wanted to cross the border before end of day and be done with all the paper work. It worked out very nicely and after a good night of sleep we could take the 9am bus to Chiang Rai the following day. The guesthouse was the perfect place to stay.

It was just perfect and I was sad to only have one night there. The owners are lovely and so very kind and helpful. The little house is perfect and super comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here so much that I stayed an extra night. The hosts are very hospitable. Breakfast is included in the price. In addition I had lunch and an evening meal here and they were delicious and good value. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The shower has hot water and the WiFi signal is very good. I would certainly stay here again and recommend here to family and friends.

This is the closest guesthouse to the Laos border. Owner picks you up from the border for free. You can buy a dinner at his place for 70-100 THB. Place is very cozy any clean, I had a great rest there. There's free breakfast, just coffee, toasts and jam but it's always better than an empty stomach. Owner drops you off at the bus stop to Chang Rai for free as well. He speaks English and communication through WhatsApp is very good. Great value for the money.
