The room was excellent. So was the pool. Had mosquito netting over the bed. 7eleven about 100m from the resort. Everything was clean and surroundings were green and peaceful. Was able to book my Mekong Slow Boat through Laos from the reception. Highly recommended. Wish I stayed longer.

Amazing value for money. The pool was heavenly. It was a 10min walk from the bus station and 2mins from the Mekong promenade and close to all restaurants. A little hidden gem. So simple, so nice.

Honestly kinda crazy to have a proper pool and nice resort vibes for such a low price.

The location was great. It was really cozy and the garden was great. The pool was really good as well. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable as well.

I loved the pool area and the general vibe of the place. The rooms might be simple but they have charm. Friendly and helpful staff. A really great bargain for that price, if I could rate value for price higher than 10 I would and I enden up staying for more days then planned :)

Great location close to bus station, 7 eleven and restaurants. Not much to do in Chiang Khong but the guesthouse is lovely with a clean pool. Would have happily stayed 2 nights and chilled for a day if time allowed. Staff extremely helpful in organising onward travel to Chiang Mai. Great value for money.

“Short Stay at Namkhong”

Comfortable room with a decent size bathroom and bed. The pool was also nice and I did enjoy a swim during my stay. The rooms are pretty dark; however, the space itself is clean and easy for if you are doing the Slow Boat. It's close to the river and I found a great running path and restaurants. There isn't much else to do in the area but in terms of accommodation this is a great temporary pick!
